Recently we look at several short stories and those atomic number 18 interesting and influential. There are two which have similar themes are The Sniper and Guests of the Nation. twain of them have the same topic and we also watched a exposure about the same idea as two stories. between two stories and the movie there are a surge of similarities. All of them happened during Irish Civil War. twain Guests of the Nation and The Sniper are very powerful in a way presentation that just abouttimes we, as human beings, do cross the substitute line of duty or responsibilities that our jobs or titles enforce on us to reach our very original and almost childish and inherent, humanity.
In the story Guest of the Nations, Noble has an order to just about kill his friend who is a prisoner he captured from the struggle and he had to take charge of him. Although Noble killed the prisoner, he got into some very deep sorrow and regret. They are good friends point though he is a prisoner. They play cards and utter about the politics. Noble had the responsibility to kill him and he did.
In The sniper, the sniper finally complete he killed his own brother so he also fell in a enormous suffering. What he did is just following the order that his leader present to him. He finished his mission and also killed his brother. When he realized it, it must be the biggest tragedy that he had never experienced.
Both of the two characters faced the same consequence which is they have to adjust the duty even though they will lose their either friend or brother.
