I think that teenagers accused of violent crimes should be sentenced as adults. I believe teenagers are smart copious to know what is right and what is wrong to a certain conclusion and should be held accountable by the time they are teens. If they had the mark to hurt some hotshot age should non be a factor, but accidents are exceptions. Its about time people should be held accountable for their actions and not have their hands held forever.
When he was mediocre 17, Christopher Simmons and his friend, robbed a forty six year old woman. They fasten her hands and feet and threw her into a river where she drowned. Now to say Simmons, a 17 year old man, did not know what he was doing is batty. If he was conscious of what he was doing, then he deserves to be time-tested and true as an adult and if he didnt, he is violently insane that he deserves to be locked up for life for the safety of the public. The save thing that separates Simmons from a jural adult is one year. Could that one year make enough difference to make him not murderous? I think not.
In Florida, a control board sentenced 13 year old Nathaniel brazill to second degree murder, when he shot and killed his middle school teacher. These actions were righty thought out.
