Charles F Wilson's Letter To President Roosevelt

In Charles F. Wilsons letter to president Roosevelt did non raise to present the view of President Roosevelt as a hypocrite, so much as it was meant to expose and explain the true environmental inequalitys faced by the African the Statesn soldiers, in an attempt to ask a very valid question- How can we constrain a world democracy by means of war when it doesnt even exist in America? This question was meant to prove a momentous point and maybe open doors when it came to discrimination. Wilson seemed to be boost the Roosevelt to keep in mind that the fight for democracy for all races had to be recognized not just at home, but on the battlefields abroad.
The idea of democracy at the time was a constant work in progress.
