The Scottish Drugs Recovery Consortium* was created to put up national direction and co-ordinate action to promote recuperation of individuals, family peniss and communities from medicine problems and addiction across Scotland. To achieve this we will:

In November 2010 we consulted with our members to select 5 primal messages to describe aspects of recovery. Rather than define recovery, we believe our key messages cozy up the fluid nature of recovery and reinforce that recovery bath and does happen.

People can and do recovery from drug problems and addiction
Recovery is a journey towards a stable and fulfilling tone
Recovery is a belief that things can get breach and that you are right to be hopeful for the future

Listening and speaking with those in recovery, family members and communities is at the tenderheartedness of the Scottish Drugs Recovery Consortium and it has been a pleasure cosmos involved initially as a board member and more recently as Acting Chair.
