Part 1 Write a reflective review of your feature organisations experience of change. During the last 18 months, the statutory service I work in has changed greatly in response to Economic Factors (Study Guide 5, p9) which have impacted upon the offspring service in a number of ways. Increasing early daytimes unemployment statistics have coincided with the withdrawal of services aimed at subscribeing five-year-old people who are not in employment, program line or training (NEET). Increased numbers of NEETs has effected local socio-cultural factors (Study charter 5, p11), with new-fangled peoples focus shifting from eagle-eyed term plans to how to survive on a day to day basis. The politico-legal factors impact is that the service has had a massive cut in government funding, decreasing the numbers of mental faculty available to support young people and impacted upon the equipment that we are able to defile and supply.
