These laws, once enacted, are oblige by the executive branch, which is in charge of the law enforcement agencies. The judicial branch then applies the law and books sure they are validated by comparing them to the Constitution. The United States Constitution is the framework to the creation of all laws. The laws behave m each levels of codified and uncodified forms. Laws are passed on to Congress, due to the publics increase demands of punishment to deter a problem, in order to make a law to solve the problem. The problem must overstretch condemnation in order to eliminate it before any laws can be made. It has the ability to hold back the penalties are appropriate for the criminal act.
