Introduction
Im Shahin Imtiaz from CSR consultant group which main tasks argon consulting the organizational behavior of organizations and giving comments and recommendations regarding the organizations.
According to that as a project I have assigned to consult a government organization and a private organization and confide them recommendations about the behavior of the organizations. The organizations be Central Province Irrigation incision and dialogue Axiata PLC so this is the project that I have do regarding the two organizations.

Organizational structure of Central Province Irrigation Department

So this is a short organize organizational chart and it is perfectly structured because we sewer communicate easily and we can implement the closing easily because it is short structured.
Organizational structure of Dialog Axiata PLC

Dialog Axiata PLC it is a flat structured hierarchy because the top positions are in small area so it is a level-headed organizational structure used by dialog.
Organization and department
At Central Province Irrigation Department the organizational structure is based on the functions which are conducted by the organization.



So concord to that we can include the irrigation department in function or task structure.
At Dialog Axiata PLC the organization structure is a hybrid structure which is combined which matrix organizational structure and Modular structure because if we refer the organizational structure we can see each strategic business units are whole kit and caboodle independently, each functions of every SBU works independently, top down as well bottom up communication is available, and use of oecumenic resourses and technologies.
Culture
Culture is set of norms, belief, attitudes and values can be considered as culture.
