The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) is how we study and promote constructive change to ones thoughts and motivations that run an individuals behavior. These styles are often called soulfulnessal styles and care styles. And the quality of an individuals idea and behavior greatly affects a persons work performance. According to the LSI exercise, my primary thinking style is the Self-Actualizing Style, which is a constructive style. My percentile score in this category is 90. This makes sense because I am somewhat of a people-person. I have many friends, a big family, and my job requires me to interact with many people daily.
