In many institutions there argon plenty of employees that might say they are over naturalizeed and also not given the credit for the work that they do. Some also complain to the highest degree differents getting forward with many things and not being held accountable for. In any organization that anyone visits there are a lot of slew who complain approximately this. Is there anything that the managers and department heads can be doing? I think this all comes down to each someone contending their job and actually doing it and being held accountable for the things that they do and also their mistakes that they do.

My check over is going to be administered to the employees nearly any department. This is going to be able to give the managers a fair look at how each employee looks at themselves. The prospect is kind of to rate each employee by what they think about themselves and the job that they do. This will also give the managers and department heads of the organization a chance to manipulate who thinks they perform well and know their job. The survey is also nameless so whenever someone takes the survey they can be honest or the managers could make you come out your name on it.

Survey Addresses Research Question
This survey will answer the question about the employees being held accountable in many counsellings. One way would be to see if each person knows their job interpretation and what they were hired to do from the beginning. It will also answer the questions by who are the true players that actually work on other things than just their normal work. Another way would be to see how many people actually ask questions for help or help fixing something and who the employees are that fix the problems and teach the other employees.
