Before moving to Hawai’i I thought hula-hula was only when something that local natives did for the tourists at luau’s. I figured it had something to do with their culture but I didn’t know exactly what it was solely about. If you look up hula in the dictionary it says that it is a dance form tended to(p) by a chant or song. It is more than just a dance with a chant!
